Let me introduce you to the love of my life, my girl Golden Retriever named Carter. I LOVE THIS DOG. She is my stress reliever, my most eager taste tester, and most importantly, my confidant. I spend an embarrassing amount of time talking to Carter about whatever is on my mind. She is an incredible listener. Before I go any further, I have to give my boyfriend the credit for coming up with the name Carter Talks. It is perfect because this is where I will talk to you guys about nutrition related information that is on my mind! Expect hearing mostly about what’s new in the nutrition world, busting nutrition myths, healthy recipes, and mind blowing nutrition facts!
