BBQ grain bowls hitting the spot this summer (probably over and over and over again because it was THAT good and even better for lunches the rest of the week!) ☀️
I know technically it’s still spring but adding fresh basil 🌿 from the garden to 🥑🍞 means its summer around here! I look forward to this every heatwave season long. ☀️
Gangs all here! Flavor, fiber, healthy fats, complex carbs, and protein all come together in this super quick and filling breakfast!🤩
💦Water is the simplest thing to add into your day for optimal gut health. Water helps keep your good bacteria balanced which in turn aids in digestion of nutrients and keeps you regular. Constipation is not good for the gut!! Also, as the weather gets hotter it becomes even more important to hydrate! So start each morning off on the right foot by having a glass of H2O.

Screen time down 42% last week. 😬😳🤭 Uh welllll that’s embarrassing… setting a goal to set the phone down and use that time instead to do all the things I say I don’t have time for that I’m dying to do (ie meal prep/cook yummy healthful meals, get outside more, workout, read a book- uhh whattt is any of this like anymore). Any advice on how to use the phone less? And setting a timer that says I am out of time for social media doesn’t work… #ignorefor15moreminutes
