Whatttt, finally a pic of food on a nutrition account! Starting back with satisfying and tasty salads 🥗 because the other option is bland and sad and we will have none of that here! You know when you go to a salad place like Chopt and you get all the toppings because why not and it’s always so good and you can barely finish it?! It’s not because they’re magical places but because there is variety and the key macronutrients. 🥑🥒🫑🥕🍠🧅🍎🍅🍗🥓🧀🥚Next time you go to make a salad, bring out everything from your fridge, leftovers included, and chop it all up and you basically have a homemade salad bar (see last pic). It’s also a great way to prevent food waste by using small pieces of whatever’s in the fridge and meal prep for quick easy lunches since everything is already chopped! Just store toppings separately from lettuce. Only happy salads from here on out, please!
