Number of Sessions Recommended for Long Term Success:
The number of sessions needed will be based on where your gut health is currently. Typically minimal of one initial and 2 follow up's have the best success.

Number of Sessions Recommended for Long Term Success:
The number of sessions needed will be based on where you are in your journey with gaining and maintaining a healthy relationship with food. Usually an initial with at least 5-10 follow ups weekly or twice a month is recommended.

Happening the second week of each month:
Tuesdays
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: First Tri (8 - 13 weeks)
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Postpartum
Wednesdays
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Second Tri (14 - 27 wks)
Thursdays
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Third Tri (28 - 40 wks)
Cost: $50 per session that you attend. No commitment needed! Jump on into the session based on your current stage.

Are wanting a practitioner that will accept and respect the inherent diversity of body shapes and sizes and promotes a flexible, individualized eating based on hunger, satiety, nutritional needs, and pleasure, rather than any externally regulated eating plan focused on weight control.

Number of sessions recommended for long term success :
Depending on where you are in your weightless journey and how much support and accountability you need, I usually recommend the initial session and at least two follow ups.
Individual Sessions and Packages

The initial session is an hour long and we review your health history, history with food, current nutrition, and any obstacles you face with reaching your health goals.
Together we will set short term and long term goals with a clear plan on how to achieve them.
Also included in this session are any handouts and supplement (if applicable) recommendations based on your individual energy needs and food preferences.

Follow up sessions are recommended based on each persons needs for a chance to review and set new goals, answer questions, and navigate any challenges for further development. Time based on need/desire.

Yes - I am in network with Cigna, United Healthcare, BCBS PPO plans, and Aetna. For all others, I can provide you a superbill to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.

While I would love to guarantee that all insurances cover all sessions fully, it is best to call your insurance prior to meeting to find out exactly what is covered.

Does my plan cover nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN)?
Registered Dietitian/Nutrition CPT codes: S9470, 97802 & 97803 or G0270; 97804 if doing a group session
Are telehealth visits with RDNs covered under my plan?
Do I have any nutrition counseling benefits under the preventative care portion of my plan?
You can ask for them to specify which ICD-10 codes are covered for RDNs (such as Z71.3, Z72.4 or E66.3).
Does there need to be an additional ICD-10 code for the visit(s) to be covered?
Do I need to have a referral from my physician?
How many RDN visits are covered per year?
Do I have to meet a deductible before insurance will cover my visit?
