Whats included in the Program

  • Individual sessions will be ongoing throughout the 5 months for individualized nutrition help. The amount needed will be decided together depending on need/want.

  • We will meet via zoom every other week as a group to go over a specific topic (listed below) and also give everyone a chance to ask questions and hold yourself accountable. The topics will be rolling so that if you don't make a meeting there will be 1-2 more other chances to get in on one before the 5 months is up.

  • Bloodwork will be ordered at a lab convenient to you at the beginning and end of the course to show positive changes.

  • Access to meal plans with grocery lists and a recipe bank that will continue to grow with simple recipes that are quick and healthy and will range in time to prep and cook for those days where you have NO time to those days where time is on your side and you want to cook.

  • Access to a private online community to be able to ask questions, share wins, share setbacks, and receive support from not only Nutrition Preferred, but also others in the group who may have different insight!

  • Even after the 6 months is up, you will still have access to the recipes and meal plans. There will also be quarterly check in zoom calls for anyone who has been in the group for accountability.

  • ALL of my nutrition knowledge

Up to 5 restaurant menu reviews

    And SO much more!

Investment

Your investment for the 5 months will be between $1200 - $1800 depending on your insurance. The base price of $1100 can be paid at once or set up as a payment plan for $260 a month. This $1100 includes bloodwork x2, recipe banks that include 5 minute meals, snacks, breakfasts/lunches/dinners, family meals, etc., meal plans, bi-monthly (twice a month) zoom meetings, ongoing email support, meal reviews & continuous access to the meal plans/recipe banks forever!

Individual sessions will be either covered by insurance or out of pocket depending on your insurance and how many sessions are typically covered. There is a minimum of 6 total individual sessions whether insurance pays for them or not. For example: Cigna typically covers the first 3 sessions and then each session after will be $100. This will cost an additional $300 out of pocket. Aetna and United Healthcare cover typically 5+ sessions and BCBS/Anthem is plan by plan (typically not great coverage).

Out of pocket costs can be covered by HSA/HRA/FSA cards or credit cards.

FAQs

If I am already short on time, how will I find time to do the program?

For meetings, we record them all so you can watch on your own time. We also start the program with a time management tool to help find unknown time in your day. One of the goals of the program is to actually save you time in the future from googling “how to eat healthy” or “how to lose weight” or “what should I cook for dinner tonight” and going down rabbit holes that don’t actually lead to any good answers.

How will I stay motivated all 6 months?

A HUGE program goal is for you to stay motivated even after the 5 months is up. The bi-monthly group meetings, community support, and ease of introducing healthy foods into your day because it is a lifestyle change instead of another diet that bans sweets and alcohol, will help you stay not only motivated, but excited to eat!

What if by the end of the 5 months, nothing changes for me?

If you have tried your absolute best with the program and still are not feeling like anything has changed, I will continue to meet with you one on one until you feel like you have seen the desired changes.

Why should I do this program with YOU?

I am a mom of two high energy toddlers running a full time business in part time hours (and LOVE IT). Busy is the way of life. I love to socialize, travel, have a glass of wine, eat a cookie followed by a chip (followed by another cookie), and I do all of this freely because I prioritize everything that you will learn in this program. And just in case you care, I eat really tasty food, have great blood work numbers even with genetics not on my side, and I poop every day. Plus I care about your health probably more than you do and why I am a RD!
